Territory Sales Manager – Material Handling Equipment
Established material handling dealer since 1966 seeking Territory Sales Managers for our forklift division of material handling equipment — reputable lines such as Komatsu, Taylor-Dunn industrial vehicles, JLG aerial lifts, and Noblelift equipment. Our prospects and customers are distribution centers, manufacturing facilities and other warehouse operations.

- Significant experience in prospecting and cold calling. We need hunters.
- Industrial Engineering background helpful.
- Entrepreneurial, confident, "winning" attitude.
- Ability to work independently and accomplish tasks without supervision; while at the same time willing and able to communicate regularly with management about goal progress, new business opportunities, etc.
- Must be aggressive with a strong desire to succeed and must be conquest driven.
- Experience managing an assigned geographic sales area and line of products to grow existing and new customer business.
- Ability to close sales through a consultative sales process.
- Strong working knowledge and appreciation of CRM program to manage territory.
- Strong business acumen — understanding basic financial principles.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.

Our compensation structure is among the best with an initial option of base plus commission. Sales persons are provided with a company vehicle, laptop and cell phone. Major medical benefits and 401k program available. No overnight travel.
Base $30,000 commission possible $250,000.00 . We are only looking for long term relationships. One of our senior Salesmen just celebrated his 25th Anniversary with us.
