This is a full-time, on-site Salesperson role located in Houston, TX. The Salesperson will be responsible for managing the sales process for custom home projects, including meeting with prospective clients, understanding their needs, and presenting tailored solutions. Responsibilities include building strong client relationships, guiding clients through the home-building process, achieving sales targets, maintaining client satisfaction, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver seamless service.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to achieve and exceed sales goals
- Customer relationship management, interpersonal communication, and client service excellence
- Knowledge of the custom home-building process, real estate market, or construction industry is preferred
- Organizational skills for managing multiple client projects and attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to diverse client needs
- Proficiency with CRM tools and basic computer applications
- Availability to work on-site in Houston, TX
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
