Position Purpose
We are seeking a results-driven Marketing Specialist to support a new on-site marketing model in partnership with two strategic JCB Dealerships. This role will serve as the primary liaison between JCB Marketing and dealership teams, ensuring all local marketing efforts are aligned and optimized to drive measurable results for JCB products at the local level.
This position is responsible for developing and executing integrated local marketing plans across digital and traditional channels to support two high-performing JCB Dealers in the Western Region. The Marketing Specialist will oversee dealership co-op budgets in conjunction with JCB, execute paid media campaigns, manage website inventory, social media, and plan local dealership activities, and identify new opportunities to increase local market presence and lead generation.
Success in this role will be defined by increased local marketing activity, improved lead generation, and measurable contribution to dealership retail performance, while bringing a challenger mindset to continuously optimize strategies, budgets, and execution.

Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Planning
- Develop and maintain comprehensive, data-driven JCB-focused marketing plans aligned to dealership retail targets, inventory levels, and market opportunity
- Compliment JCB corporate campaigns, seasonal programs, and promotional initiatives with localized, high-impact execution plans
- Partner with dealership leadership to align marketing strategy with sales priorities, ensuring marketing directly supports retail performance
- Identify whitespace opportunities within the local market (competitor gaps, underserved segments, association involvement, events, sponsorships) and build activation plans to capitalize on them
- Continuously evaluate marketing mix (digital vs. traditional) to optimize channel effectiveness and budget allocation
Campaign Execution & Optimization
- Optimize campaigns using performance data (CPL, conversion rates, engagement metrics) to continuously improve efficiency and output
- Coordinate creative assets, messaging, and landing page alignment to ensure a seamless customer journey from impression to lead
- Implement structured testing strategies (A/B testing, audience segmentation, creative variation) to improve campaign performance over time
- Collaborate with JCB Marketing to plan and execute Growth Accelerator Funds, ensuring local amplification of corporate strategy
- Ensure all spend is measurable, accountable, and tied to defined performance outcomes
- Manage and optimize dealership websites, ensuring accurate inventory, pricing alignment, and strong JCB product representation while improving user experience and lead conversion
- Plan, execute, and monitor social media activity, aligning content with JCB campaigns and local initiatives while optimizing engagement and lead generation
- Growing and optimizing” e-mail and text campaigns utilizing our dealership databases.
Performance Measurement, Reporting & Insights
- Establish clear KPI frameworks for each campaign and channel, aligned to lead generation and retail contribution goals
- Deliver weekly and monthly performance reporting, highlighting trends, insights, and actionable recommendations
- Analize lead quality and downstream conversion performance (via Salesforce and dealer feedback) to refine targeting and messaging
- Provide strategic recommendations to both JCB and dealer stakeholders based on data-driven insights
Dealer & Corporate Alignment
- Serve as the central point of coordination between JCB Marketing and dealership teams, ensuring alignment across all marketing efforts
- Drive adoption of JCB tools, programs, and best practices within the dealership
- Educate and influence dealership stakeholders on marketing strategy, performance insights, and optimization opportunities
- Ensure local execution complements—not competes with—JCB corporate campaigns and messaging
- Maintain accountability on both sides to ensure marketing plans are executed as agreed
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing, with an emphasis on performance marketing
- Proven experience with marketing budgets and optimizing spend across multiple channels
- Hands-on experience executing Paid Search, Paid Social, and/or multi-channel marketing campaigns
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and translate insights into actionable optimizations
- Experience working within CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) to track leads and measure marketing impact
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities in a fast-paced environment

- Familiarity with co-op marketing structures and fund management
