As an Account Manager, you will lead the growth of our sales, rental, and service portfolio within a designated territory. You are responsible for cultivating both new and existing client relationships, driving the promotion and sale of new and used equipment, and executing leasing and rental strategies. Success in this role is measured by your ability to achieve established profitability targets while delivering an exceptional level of customer service.

• Business Growth: Proactively increase sales volume across equipment, parts, service, and rentals while expanding the active customer base.

• Performance Excellence: Consistently meet or exceed annual sales objectives by optimizing transaction profitability.

• Product Expertise: Serve as a subject matter expert, effectively communicating the unique features and value-added benefits of our product line to clients.

• Strategic Partnership: Act as a trusted advisor to prospects and clients, gaining a deep understanding of their business needs to provide relevant solutions.

• Operational Synergy: Collaborate with the territory Customer Service Sales Representative to maximize resource utilization and territory coverage.

• Territory Management: Utilize the CRM system to manage itineraries, document call activity, track leads, and maintain comprehensive database integrity.

• Professional Development: Actively participate in ongoing training and professional development programs to stay current with industry trends.

• Sales Execution: Prepare accurate equipment quotes, conduct product demonstrations, follow up on leads, and present various financial merchandising solutions.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: Previous experience in the industry and professional sales is highly preferred.

• Licensing: Must possess a valid driver’s license and maintain an acceptable driving record.

• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are essential.

• Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and internal management applications.

• Competencies: Strong organizational skills, with a focus on integrity, attention to detail, dependability, and effective problem-solving.

• Flexibility: As a field-based role, candidates must be available for regular travel within the territory.

Compensation

• Base Salary: $45,000 – $55,000 annually, plus a competitive commission structure.
