Southwest Human Development offers undergraduate and graduate students from different academic tracks and diverse backgrounds the opportunity to explore all aspects of the nonprofit sector. This specific opportunity is for the Occupational Therapy Doctoral Capstone Program. A student will develop their professional skills by gaining field experience and working alongside experts who provide services to the NICU community.

Job Duties:
This role will work with the Smooth Way Home management team to develop a project to build the NICU community's capacity and satisfy their capstone project requirements.
Qualifications:
- Must be an occupational therapy student working toward completion of their capstone project.
- Experience working with fragile infants.
- A valid Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card OR must qualify for a valid Arizona Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card is required.
