Regulatory/Educational Requirements
Knowledge and skills required for the position are:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Current BLS certification
- Registered Polysomnographic Technologist (RPSGT) or
- Certified Polysomnographic Technologist (CPSGT) or
- A Registered Sleep Technologist (RST)
- A minimum of 1 one-year applicable clinic setting experience.
- Able to communicate effectively in English both verbally and in writing.
- Additional language preferred.
- Strong computer knowledge
- Ability to read analyze and interpret medical data and professional journals
- Ability to understand and use electronic healthcare records.
- Strong communication skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
