Job summary
Under direct supervision, assists surgical team before, during, and after surgery. Provides expert support, assistance and maintenance of instruments and equipment.
Regulatory Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Strong experience with minimally invasive, general, ENT, orthopedics, vascular and podiatric specialties including video, orthopedic and all other needed equipment to do the above surgeries.
- 2 years operating room experience preferred.
- BLS
- Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) preferred.
- Current state Surgical Technologist Licensure, within state of Colorado.
Language Skills:
- Able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
- Additional languages preferred.
- Excellent customer service skills.
Skills:
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Strong communication skills.
