We are an upscale office surgery center located in Port Charlotte with a second location in Venice, specializing in reducing or eliminating pain using the latest successful international pain management techniques. We have combined highly advanced imaging technology with ground-breaking surgical techniques to help patients mitigate pain without drugs. Our office is seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated individual to join our expanding team.
Front Office Duties
- Required to work hours in both locations, Port Charlotte and Venice
- Open office to receive patients
- Close office at end of day
- Check in Patients
- Check out patients and schedule next appointment as needed
- Request email from patients if one is not already entered into EMR and send invite
- Collect co pays and payments
- Verify insurance and demographics at each visit
- Review new patient packets for completeness
- Send patients to lab
- Schedule patients when patients call in and assist with inquiries
- Sort incoming faxes
- Scanning
- Answer calls
- Print and distribute schedules for next day
- Count and close drawer for the day
- Keep waiting area tidy
- Lock doors
- Other duties upon request of management
