About the Role
The In-Office Licensed Therapist provides individual and family therapy to clients in a supportive, well-structured clinical environment. This role is ideal for an experienced clinician who values thoughtful care, meaningful relationships, and professional autonomy.

- Providing individual and family therapy in an in-office setting
- Creating a safe, welcoming space where clients can do meaningful work
- Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans
- Maintaining timely and accurate clinical documentation
- Collaborating with colleagues to support quality care
- Practicing ethically and with cultural humility
