- Helping clients set goals and celebrate progress
- Connecting families with community resources and services
- Supporting individuals with life skills and independence
- Advocating for clients and helping them navigate systems
- Weekly supervision at the office
- Collaborating with schools, healthcare providers, and community partners
- Encouraging confidence, growth, and overall well-being
What We're Looking For

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in human services, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field
- Experience working with children, adults, or diverse populations
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Empathy, cultural awareness, and a passion for helping others
- Reliable transportation and comfort working in community settings
- Flexibility for occasional evenings or weekends
