Southwest Construction Services is a Texas-based construction company founded in 1993. We specialize in concrete, sawing, waterproofing, architectural flooring, demolition, and related construction services across the DFW area and beyond.
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our growing team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys staying organized, supporting multiple departments, and helping keep day-to-day operations running smoothly.

What You’ll Do
- Assist with administrative support for sales, project, and warranty-related activities
- Coordinate and process documents such as purchase orders, work orders, invoices, and customer-related paperwork
- Maintain accurate digital records through scanning, filing, and document organization
- Support communication between internal teams, vendors, customers, and field employees
- Track and follow up on outstanding items to help ensure timely completion
- Assist with data entry, reporting, and general office coordination
- Help support office operations and special projects as assigned
- Provide professional customer service both in person and over the phone

Qualifications
