Responsibilities
- Prospect for customers through showroom traffic, digital leads, and outbound outreach.
- Conduct needs assessments and recommend suitable vehicles.
- Present vehicles and demonstrate product features.
- Coordinate and facilitate customer test drives.
- Complete trade-in appraisals and prepare sales documentation.
- Manage leads and follow-up activities using the dedicated CRM.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships throughout the sales process.
- Coordinate vehicle delivery and support a smooth customer handoff.
Required Qualifications
