Key Responsibilities
- Design and prepare civil grading and drainage plans for commercial and residential projects.
- Develop structural foundation plans, ensuring compliance with building codes and engineering best practices.
- Conduct site evaluations and provide recommendations for site development.
- Perform load calculations for basic structural components.
- Work with project managers, architects, and other engineers to develop efficient site plans.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations for civil and structural design.
- Review and approve engineering plans and construction documents.
- Provide technical support during construction and permitting processes.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in Arizona.
- 5 years of experience in civil engineering, with experience in grading, drainage, and foundation design.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD Civil 3D or other civil engineering design software.
- Experience with structural calculations for foundations and basic structural elements.
- Strong knowledge of Arizona building codes, drainage regulations, and grading requirements.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
