Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Full Time Crawlers Teacher to join our vibrant educational team. Responsibilities

• Design and implement age-appropriate curriculum activities that promote cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development for crawling infants and toddlers.
• Provide attentive supervision to ensure a safe and secure environment at all times.
• Foster positive communication with children, parents, and colleagues to build trust and support ongoing developmental progress.
• Lead engaging circle time, story sessions, music, movement, and sensory activities to stimulate curiosity and learning.
• Collaborate with team members to plan special events such as parent meetings, holiday celebrations, and community outreach programs.
• Support children’s emotional needs through Christian counseling principles, mentoring, and compassionate care.
• Maintain accurate records of each child's progress, behavior, and milestones in compliance with licensing standards.

Qualifications

• Prior experience working with young children in educational or caregiving settings is preferred.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and team members.
• Knowledge of early childhood development principles and best practices for teaching crawlers.
• Ability to lead activities that incorporate social work techniques, mentoring strategies, and event planning skills.
• Demonstrated leadership qualities with the capacity to guide both children and fellow staff members confidently.
• Experience or training in bereavement support or hospice care is a plus but not required.
• Passion for nurturing children’s growth within a faith-based environment that emphasizes Christian counseling values.
