Local Agricultural company in Oxnard, Ca is seeking Experienced, Bilingual Customer Care Specialist to join our office in Oxnard.
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service
- Take incoming calls - Heavy call volume
- Data Entry - process orders accurately and efficiently
- Provide information and after sale support
- Weekly/Monthly Mailings
- Learn/Assist with routing deliveries
- Other miscellaneous duties
Requirements:
- Bilingual (English & Spanish) MUST be Fluent
- Friendly & Upbeat personality
- Ability to multitask
- Excellent communication skills
- Minimum 3 years Customer Service experience
- Knowledge of Southern California freeways & cities a plus
- Routing/Dispatching experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft word, Excel
- Must be able to prioritize and problem solve
- Works well with a team as well as independently
- Accounting/Payroll Experience
Our Office is open: Monday-Friday 7:00 am to 5:00 pm, Saturdays 7:00 am to noon
(will need to be available to work 1-2 Saturdays per month)
