We’re looking for a motivated and experienced Service Manager to join our growing team in LaGrange, GA. Responsibilities:
Customer Relations:
- Ensure all customer contact attempts are responded to within the same day
- Handle upset customers with professionalism and empathy
- Manage night and weekend calls for distressed campers
- Write and follow up on customer Repair Orders (ROs)
Service Operations:
- Audit units on the lot for accuracy and completeness
- Review ROs for billing accuracy and proper documentation
- Prepare and manage insurance quotes (INS quotes)
- Verify all ROs have the correct status and remove accidental entries
- Audit service appointments to confirm parts are ordered or on hand
- Lock and secure the service lot and service units daily
Sales Support:
- Audit sales delivery lists and calendars for delivery accuracy
- Prepare and manage sales add-on quotes
- Ensure sales units are clean, plugged in, and refrigerators are running for next-day deliveries
Administrative Duties:
- Approve or deny time-off requests and vacation schedules
- Audit and correct employee timesheets as needed
- Handle workplace accidents and incident reporting
Schedule:
- Dealership hours: Tuesday – Saturday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Service Manager schedule: Tuesday – Saturday, 7:30 AM – 6:00 PM
- Responsible for opening and closing the store each day
- While we respect your time off, occasional extended hours may be required
