- Provide hands-on operational support to dining locations throughout the assigned region.
- Support, train, and coach Dining Managers and dining team members.
- Assist with staffing, scheduling, inventory, food production, and daily workflow.
- Step in as acting manager when a location needs additional leadership coverage.
- Monitor food quality, presentation, cleanliness, and food safety standards.
- Ensure locations maintain strong customer service and guest satisfaction.
- Assist with food preparation, service, POS operations, and other daily responsibilities when needed.
- Help identify and resolve operational or staffing challenges.
- Support new account openings, special events, and other regional dining initiatives.
- Work with regional leadership to maintain consistent operational standards across dining locations.
- Associate degree and two years of food service experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- At least one year of food service management or supervisory experience.
- Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to adapt quickly and provide support across multiple dining locations.
- Ability and willingness to travel regularly throughout the assigned region.
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and regularly bend, stoop, reach, stand, and walk throughout the workday.
- Must be able to complete a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
