Position Summary
Responsible for supervising warehouse operations to support field and project needs. Ensures accurate inventory, timely deliveries, and compliance with safety procedures.
Position Details
- Oversees daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage and shipping.
- Monitors inventory levels and coordinates replenishment to maintain appropriate stock.
- Conducts inventory audits; identifies and resolves inventory discrepancies, including missing or unaccounted items.
- Enforces warehouse safety procedures and regulations.
- Communicates with management, suppliers and logistics teams.
- Identifies and resolves operational issues.
- Supervises warehouse staff, assigns tasks, provides coaching, training, and performance
- feedback; supports hiring and termination processes.
- High school diploma or GED required
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 3 years’ relative experience, with at least one year’s experience as a people manager
- Solid organizational and supervisory skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Solid project management skills
- Strong multi-task and prioritization skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Strong negotiation skills
- Solid computer skills in Microsoft Excel and inventory software
