Dental Assistant - $20-$35/hour

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Dental Assistant, DA or RDA or RDAEF to join our team and support our dentists in delivering high-quality dental services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare treatment rooms for dental procedures, ensuring all instruments and materials are sterilized and ready for use.
• Assist the dentist during procedures such as fillings, crowns, extractions, implants, root canals, impressions, veneers, All on X, etc.
• Taking dental X-rays, including CT scans, Itero, scans.
• Maintain accurate patient records and charting in compliance with HIPAA standards.
• Educate patients on post-operative care, oral hygiene, and treatment plans.
• Manage dental supply inventory and ensure proper equipment maintenance.
• Provide chairside support to ensure efficient workflow and excellent patient comfort.
• Adhere to infection control and OSHA standards at all times.
• Support front desk operations when needed (scheduling, billing, patient check-in/out).

Qualifications:

• Required: Completion of an accredited Dental Assistant program.
• Experience: Minimum of 2–3 years of hands-on dental assisting experience (general or specialty practice).
• Licenses/Certifications:
• • Current state dental assistant certification and/or registration (if applicable).
  • Current CPR and radiography certification.
• Strong knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and sterilization techniques.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Dentrix dental software
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
