What will you do?

• Supervise and coordinate environmental services team members in assigned areas
• Conduct quality control checks to ensure EVS standards are met
• Replenish supplies, transport cleaning materials, and empty wastebaskets
• Interact with guests, respond to their needs, and provide excellent customer service
• Report maintenance repair problems to the supervisor, and ensure lost and found items are turned in and logged
• Maintain sanitation guidelines and ensure linen rooms and work areas are organized

More about you

• Previous experience as an EVS Attendant or similar role preferred; leadership or supervisory experience is a plus
• Basic knowledge of cleaning equipment, tools, and fixtures
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and manage team members
• Basic math skills, including addition and subtraction
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English

Physical requirements

• Frequent walking and standing for entire length of shift
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
