In this role, you’ll be the heartbeat of the office—managing claims, coordinating with adjusters, and ensuring our customers feel supported from drop-off to pick-up.

Starting pay will be based on previous experience.
Responsibilities will include:
· Greeting customers upon arrival at the dealership;
· Answering inbound phone calls;
· Acting as a liaison between customers, technicians, and insurance providers;
· Managing repair orders and documentation;
· Working directly with department managers.
The ideal candidate will be:
· Reliable and punctual with strong attention to detail;
· Able to work independently;
· An effective communicator;
· Proficient with Microsoft Applications (Excel, Word, Outlook);
· Able to Pass a Drug Screen.
Experience in automotive or insurance is a plus, but a great attitude is a must!
