Duties
- Service, and repair HVAC systems, including air conditioning units, refrigeration equipment, and ventilation systems on commercial and residential.
- Read schematics and technical diagrams to accurately diagnose issues and implement effective solutions.
- Perform routine maintenance on HVAC/R (refrigeration) equipment to ensure optimal performance and energy efficiency.
- Conduct field service visits to troubleshoot mechanical problems. Providing detailed report of findings, and communicate finding with customers
- Collaborate with construction teams during new installations or upgrades of HVAC systems in commercial or residential buildings.
- Maintain detailed service records, work orders, and inspection reports to ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
- Assist with plumbing tasks related to HVAC systems and property maintenance projects as needed.
- We do commercial and residential new construction.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an HVAC service technician with a strong understanding of HVAC design principles and mechanical knowledge.
- Hands-on experience with residential and commercial HVAC systems
- Ability to interpret schematics, technical manuals, and electrical diagrams accurately.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Knowledge in insulation of equipment.
- Certifications related to HVAC (such as EPA 608 certification), or relevant trade qualifications are highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced settings while maintaining safety standards.
- Use of House Call Pro is a plus.
- Owning basic hand tools are required
