$55,000-$62,000 Starting Salary
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including loading, unloading, sorting, picking, stocking, and staging inventory.
- Supervise and assign tasks to warehouse employees to ensure productivity and accuracy.
- Coordinate and manage physical inventory counts and cycle counts.
- Ensure compliance with safety policies, OSHA standards, and DOT regulations.
- Review and manage work orders, purchase orders, and inventory reports.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Provide coaching, feedback, and direction to the warehouse team.
- Collaborate with the regional leadership to improve operational processes.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- 3–5 years of experience managing a large warehouse operation
- Strong leadership, organizational, and time management skills
- Proficient in inventory control and warehouse reporting
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer service orientation and team management experience
- Proficiency in using warehouse management systems and Microsoft Office
- Forklift experience preferred
- High School Diploma or GED required
