Job Description
We’re seeking an experienced and motivated Warehouse Manager to lead daily warehouse operations and develop a high-performing team. This role is critical to maintaining efficient operations, ensuring safety and compliance, and supporting SouthernCarlson’s commitment to exceptional service.
What You’ll Do
✔ 3–5 years of experience managing a warehouse or distribution operation
✔ Strong leadership, organizational, and time management skills
✔ Experience with inventory control and warehouse reporting
✔ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
✔ Customer-focused mindset with proven team leadership experience
✔ Proficiency with warehouse management systems and Microsoft Office
✔ Forklift experience preferred
✔ High school diploma or GED required

Job Description
We’re seeking an experienced and motivated Warehouse Manager to lead daily warehouse operations and develop a high-performing team. This role is critical to maintaining efficient operations, ensuring safety and compliance, and supporting SouthernCarlson’s commitment to exceptional service.
What You’ll Do
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including loading, unloading, picking, stocking, staging, and inventory movement
- Supervise, schedule, and assign work to warehouse team members to ensure productivity and accuracy
- Coordinate and manage physical inventory counts and cycle counts
- Ensure compliance with company safety policies, OSHA standards, and DOT regulations
- Review and manage work orders, purchase orders, and inventory reports
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
- Provide coaching, performance feedback, and direction to warehouse employees
- Partner with regional leadership to identify and implement process improvements
- Perform additional duties as assigned
