Accounts Payable Specialist
📍 Location: Omaha, NE
📅 Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8am-5pm - HYBRID
💲 Compensation: Hourly, based on experience

About the Role
This position is Full-time, 40 hours a week. Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm. No Weekends. This position is a hybrid work schedule with 2 days work from home and 3 days working in the office.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
- Process vendor invoices accurately and timely
- Work directly with other departments on invoice approvals and discrepancies
- Review and reconcile vendor statements
- Maintain vendor relationships and address concerns promptly
- Perform additional projects as assigned
YOU MAY BE A GOOD FIT IF YOU HAVE:
- Minimum of one to two years of experience in accounts payable or handling other accounting responsibilities
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Advanced PC skills with Basic Excel skills
- Strong organizational skills with ability to find errors
- Self-starter who presents a professional image and attitude
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Interpersonal relationship and office/customer teamwork skills
- Strong ethical and moral beliefs to uphold company values.
