JOB REQUIREMENTS: As the Office Communications Associatein the
Communication Center, you will act as a resource, providing customer
service support regarding IT programs, telephone,TMA,
Indeavor/Scheduling inquires, etc.In addition, this position completes
program-related tasks for SWC related to fleet vehicles, driver
eligibility procedures, emergency operations, etc. This position
requires extensive personal contact and building solid working
relationships with residents, employees, supervisors, administration,
other campus personnel and the general public, both on the telephone and
at the reception window. Selected candidate must be available to work
all shifts, includingsome weekends. Schedule and number of hours will be
based on facility needs.This will be discussed in more detail during
interview. \*\*\*\*\* OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Minimally
qualified applicants will have both of the following: - Experience
communicating with internal and external customers (e.g., responding to
inquiries, explaining policies or procedures, resolving issues,
collecting information etc.) by phone, email, or in person. - Experience
using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, etc.). Examples of work
may include communicating via email; scheduling appointments or
meetings; entering, editing, or tracking data; etc. An excel test will
be required. Well-qualified applicants will also have one or more of the
following: - Experience with emergency management or handling emergency
situations. - Experience answering multiple phone lines. - Experience
working confidential information and maintaining confidentiality of
