- Lead several restoration projects simultaneously across assigned markets.
- Mentor and provide leadership to Superintendents, Foremen, and field staff.
- Manage master schedules and resource allocation across multiple projects.
- Build client, architect, and engineer relationships to secure repeat business.
- Lead advanced problem-solving for technical restoration challenges.
- Enforce OSHA and SWS safety protocols across all sites.
- Report to executive leadership on performance and market-level progress.
- Education: High school diploma/GED required; Bachelor’s in Construction Management or related field strongly preferred.
- Experience: 8 years in construction, with 4 years as a Superintendent. Must have proven experience leading multiple large-scale restoration/building envelope projects.
- Knowledge: Expert-level understanding of restoration methods, codes, and sequencing. Proficiency with management software (Foundation, Procore, Smartsheet).
- Skills: Strategic leadership, multi-team management, and advanced problem-solving.
