- Support Superintendents in daily on-site restoration activities.
- Assist with scheduling, coordination, and communication among crews, subcontractors, and clients.
- Supervise small crews or project phases under Superintendent guidance.
- Lead toolbox talks and enforce safety protocols.
- Maintain daily logs, progress notes, and contribute to site reporting.
- Education: High school diploma/GED required; technical construction training preferred.
- Experience: 2 years in construction or field operations. Leadership/crew lead experience preferred.
- Knowledge: Basic understanding of restoration methods and construction processes. Ability to read drawings a plus.
- Skills: Strong communication, safety focus, and leadership potential.
