Key Responsibilities
Perform tire and light mechanical services for retail customers, including mounting, balancing, rotating, and repairing tires.
Conduct vehicle inspections and perform preventative maintenance services.
Assist customers with tire selection, explaining product features and benefits.
Perform basic mechanical repairs such as brakes, alignments, oil changes, and suspension work.
Operate tire-changing, balancing, and alignment equipment safely and efficiently.
Maintain clean and organized work areas while following all safety and company procedures.
Support inventory control by assisting with stocking, unloading deliveries, and maintaining accurate records.
Provide excellent customer service and communicate clearly with service advisors and management.
Requirements
Must be 18 years or older.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Must pass a pre-employment drug screen.
Previous experience in tire or automotive service preferred, but not required.
Ability to lift/move up to 100 lbs. with or without mechanical assistance.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically active environment.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
