Are you hands-on, detail-driven, and ready to take pride in quality work? We’re looking for a Finishing Machine Operator to join our team!
This role is ideal for someone with strong time management skills, a solid understanding of finishing processes, and a great work ethic. You'll help ensure that every product leaving our warehouse meets our high standards of quality and precision.
What You'll Do:
- Operate finishing equipment and machinery with precision
- Perform quality control checks to ensure consistency and accuracy
- Follow all company processes, safety protocols, and production standards
- Track and maintain inventory and records of incoming/outgoing materials
- Lift and handle up to 50 lbs. regularly and safely
- Use tools such as rulers and units of measure accurately
- Climb stairs, stay organized, and help with warehouse maintenance
- Work under deadlines, manage multiple tasks, and support the team when needed
What You Bring:
- Experience with finishing equipment or similar production work
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. and handle physical tasks daily
- Familiarity with measuring tools and units of measure
- Reliable, self-motivated, and a team player
Pay & Benefits:
- Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour (based on experience)
- Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday day shifts, with potential for overtime
