Role Description

This full-time, on-site role is based in Cocoa, FL. As a Customer Service Representative, you will manage day-to-day communications with clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues to ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include providing exceptional customer support, maintaining accurate records, handling customer orders, and collaborating with team members to enhance the overall customer experience.

Qualifications
  • Strong skills in Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction
  • Experience delivering positive Customer Experience and enhancing Customer Relationships
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in handling customer inquiries and managing orders
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work effectively in an on-site team environment
  • Prior experience in a similar role is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; further education is an advantage
