Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Certified Substance Abuse Counselor (CSAC) or qualified SUD professional to provide clinical services within our PHP program. Responsibilities:
• Facilitate psychoeducational and process groups for adults with substance use disorders
• Participate in treatment planning and case consultation
• Complete clinical documentation in accordance with Medicaid and regulatory standards
• Collaborate with the clinical team to support client progress and outcomes
• Maintain compliance with Virginia DBHDS and DMAS requirements
Requirements• Active CSAC in Virginia OR Licensed Mental Health Professional (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) with substance use experience
• Experience working with adult SUD populations preferred
• Knowledge of ASAM criteria and level of care preferred
• Strong documentation and organizational skills
