Axis Spine and Pain, a PartnerCare affiliated company, is seeking a Full time- Registered Nurse/Licensed Practical Nurse, to join our growing and established practice in Warner Robins, GA (Lakeview Surgery Center).

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Execute on the planning and delivery of direct and indirect patient care through the nursing process of assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation.
• Develop a care plan in coordination with patients, families, and interdisciplinary staff as necessary – including discharge planning process.
• Communicate changes in patient's clinical conditions with Physicians, Nursing Supervisor/Manager, and teammates.
• Performs a basic assessment of patients, indicating adequate knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and pathology.
• Records vital signs.
• Identifies abnormal diagnostic data and shows a fundamental understanding of its implications by reporting information to the physician and others caring for the patient and incorporating information in the nursing care plan.
• Will rotate to perform pre-operative, operative and post-operative duties. 
• Includes the patient and his or her family in planning care, establishing priorities, and setting goals.
• Uses care plans as a basis for providing safe and therapeutic care to patients.
• Accepts accountability for clinical care of assigned patients.
• Supports nursing care standards through adherence to existing policies and procedures.

Education and Experience:

• Current Registered Nurse license in the State of Georgia.

• BLS & ACLS required.

• We prefer at least two years of experience but are willing to train newer teammates with the right focus on patient care, service, and teamwork.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to communicate care plans to patients and teammates and to chart information into Electronic Health Records (Amkai Solutions)
