What You’ll Do
- Assemble products by following job packets, blueprints, and work instructions.
- Use hand tools and power tools like drills, screwdrivers, and rivet guns.
- Check your work to make sure everything meets quality and safety standards.
- Keep your work area clean and organized to help the team work efficiently.
- Work closely with teammates and supervisors to meet daily goals and deadlines.
- Help with final product inspections, packaging, and shipping when needed.
- Always follow safety rules and company policies.
- At least 2 years of experience working in a manufacturing assembly environment.
- Detail-oriented and possess the ability to complete assembly/turnkey products where tight-tolerances are required.
- Experience and safe operation of hand tools and power tools — and comfortable using tape measures and other measuring equipment.
- Able to read and follow written and verbal instructions related to job safety, quality, and operational procedures
- Can read/interpret blueprints or job packets to understand how things fit together.
- Strong attention to detail and pride in doing great work.
- Team player with a positive attitude and reliable work habits.
- Ability to function in fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
