If you enjoy working with your hands, following blueprints, and being part of a team that makes things the right way — we want to hear from you!

Work Hours: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

What You’ll Do

  • Assemble products by following job packets, blueprints, and work instructions.
  • Use hand tools and power tools like drills, screwdrivers, and rivet guns.
  • Check your work to make sure everything meets quality and safety standards.
  • Keep your work area clean and organized to help the team work efficiently.
  • Work closely with teammates and supervisors to meet daily goals and deadlines.

  • Able to read and follow written and verbal instructions related to job safety, quality, and operational procedures
  • Can read/interpret blueprints or job packets to understand how things fit together.
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in doing great work.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and reliable work habits.
  • Ability to function in fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.

Physical Demands and Work Environment

Jobs which involve one or more tasks or duties that could affect the safety and health of the employee performing the task or others are considered safety-sensitive. This position is safety-sensitive because, in addition to the essential functions, it also involves performing one or more of the following essential tasks or duties:

  • The handling, packaging, processing, storage, disposal or transport of hazardous material.
  • The operation of a motor vehicle, other vehicle, equipment, machinery or power tools.
  • Repairing, maintaining or monitoring the performance or operation of any equipment, machinery or manufacturing process, the malfunction or disruption of which could result in injury or property damage.
  • The operation, maintenance, or oversight of critical services and infrastructure including, but not limited to, electric, gas, and water utilities, power generation or distribution.
  • The extraction, compression, processing, manufacturing, handling, packaging, storage, disposal, treatment or transport of potentially volatile, flammable, combustible materials, elements, chemicals or any other highly regulated component.

Generally, 95% of the normal work shift requires standing, bending, squatting, and climbing while performing assembly work, inspecting work, machines, and checking assembly procedures. Lifting of parts, weighing up to 50 pounds, from floor level, and carrying them 10 to 15 feet may be required. Lifting devices and team lifting should be used when possible. The job area requires moving materials and parts weighing up to 50 pounds. Parts must be lifted, pulled, pushed, and held in place, without benefit of material handling devices due to limited space and confined areas in and around machines.
