What You’ll Do
As an Assembly Technician, you’ll play a key role in bringing our products to life. Your responsibilities will include:
- Performing mechanical assembly of sheet-metal-based products
- Installing rivets, rivnuts, and other fastening components
- Using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
- Reading and interpreting blueprints, assembly drawings, and work instructions
- Measuring components accurately using tape measures and other tools
- Inspecting finished assemblies to ensure precision and quality
- Collaborating with production teammates to meet deadlines and production goals
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area
We’re seeking someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, and enjoys working with their hands.
Ideal candidates will have:
- Experience with mechanical assembly
- Hands-on experience with riveting and rivnut installation
- Comfort using hand tools and power tools
- Ability to read blueprints, work instructions, and measurements
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A strong work ethic and reliable attendance
