Key Responsibilities
- Guest Engagement & Sales: Welcome guests warmly, utilizing eloquent communication and an expansive vocabulary to describe artisanal menu items, boutique retail goods, and special offerings.
- Point of Sale (POS) Management: Process cash, credit, and digital transactions accurately and efficiently, maintaining immaculate financial accountability.
- Multitasking & Prioritization: Dynamically balance guest assistance, order processing, stock replenishment, and floor organization in a fast-paced setting.
- Boutique Visual Standards: Ensure the retail display and cashier station remain pristine, organized, and visually aligned with our high-end aesthetic.
- Collaborative Support: Act as a proactive team player, communicating effectively with kitchen, floor, and management staff to maintain fluid daily operations.
