What You'll Do
- Welcome every customer with a positive attitude.
- Help customers find the right products based on their needs.
- Learn about vape products, nicotine, CBD, hemp products, accessories, glass, wraps, and more.
- Operate the POS system accurately.
- Process cash, debit, and credit card transactions.
- Keep the store clean, organized, and fully stocked.
- Restock displays and rotate inventory.
- Receive inventory and assist with merchandising.
- Follow all company policies and Texas age verification laws.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures.
- Work as a team to create a great customer experience.

Preferred Qualifications
- Retail or customer service experience (preferred but not required)
- Smoke shop or vape knowledge is a plus
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Must be able to pass any required employment screening

Preferred Availability
We strongly prefer applicants who have reliable transportation and are willing to work at any of our locations if business needs require it. This includes our stores in Alamo, Pharr, and Edinburg. While your primary work location may be one store, flexibility to cover shifts at other locations is highly preferred and will be considered a plus during the hiring process.
