What are the responsibilities and job description for the Accounts Payable Specialist position at Southern Perfection Fabrication?
We are needing a detail oriented individual with 2 or more years of experience with Accounts Payable software. We us Job Boss which is part of our manufacturing software. It is similar to QuickBooks. We need someone that has good communication skills, excellent math skills, gets along well with others, is drug free, has dependable transportation, willing to undergo a background check and has experience in accounting.
This position handles our payables and coordinates our benefits package, which includes insurance policies and the enrollment of employees and reporting of coverage. They communicate with vendors as needed and process checks or credit transactions on a weekly basis. Process tax liability information. Do other reports and tasks as needed. Starting pay is based on skills and experience. Benefits at 90 days.
