What You'll Do
· Build and grow relationships with prospective and existing clients through outreach, networking, referrals, and in-person meetings.
· Identify new business opportunities, develop lead pipelines, and help drive revenue growth across the market.
· Represent the organization professionally in the community at meetings, events, workshops, and networking functions.
· Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and service information tailored to client and community needs.
· Collaborate with leadership and internal teams to support customer satisfaction, service excellence, and successful follow-through.
· Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to help shape growth strategies and outreach efforts.
· Maintain accurate records of outreach, sales activity, pipeline progress, and client communications.
· Support community engagement initiatives and help identify opportunities to strengthen local partnerships and visibility.
· Assist with selected operational support duties, including supply coordination and helping ensure vehicles and equipment are maintained on schedule.
What We're Looking For
· 3 years of experience in business development, sales, customer service, account management, community outreach, or a related field.
· Strong communication, relationship-building, negotiation, and presentation skills.
· A self-starter who is organized, dependable, and comfortable working both independently and collaboratively.
· Ability to manage multiple priorities, follow through consistently, and maintain professionalism in a community-facing role.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
· Valid driver's license and a good driving record.
· High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in business or a related field preferred.
· Ability to successfully complete a background check and drug screening.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
