This position is responsible for delivering an outstanding new patient experience: from scheduling and confirming appointments to performing patient photos, X-rays, and intraoral scans, while ensuring patient records are maintained with 100% accuracy.

- Manage patient records and provide office tours when onboarding new patients
- Take patient X-rays and photos, including facial, occlusal, and intraoral images (right, left, and lower views)
- Perform and assist with intraoral scans
- Maintain accurate and complete patient records
- Ensure the records area is fully stocked and organized
- Assist the front office team with patient check-in, check-out, and answering phone calls when needed
- Support opening and end-of-day responsibilities as required
- Communicates effectively and respectfully with doctors and team members
- Demonstrates reliability and responsiveness to patients and the team
- General knowledge and understanding of orthodontic treatment plans and patient care
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer service mindset
Minimum Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Strong organizational skills
- Flexible Schedule
- 1-2 years orthodontic assistant
- Dental Assistant X-Ray Certified or able to start process within 30 days of employment.
