JOB TITLE: Server DEPARTMENT: Restaurant REPORTS TO: FOH Manager DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide excellent customer service Greet customers and provide a menu Serve customers with food and drinks in a positive and friendly manner Keep tables clean Adhere to alcohol safety protocols Transmit orders to the kitchen using POS Provide welcoming phone greeting when taking take-out orders Perform basic cleaning tasks as instructed by FOH Manager Adhere to appearance standards Promptly address customer service issues and refer customers to management when needed Run food from kitchen to customer table QUALIFICATIONS: ABC license required to serve alcohol A friendly and energetic personality with customer service focus Ability to perform under pressure and address complaints in a timely manner At least 1 year of experience preferred
