Starting Salary Range: $55,214.87 - $72,042.91

Responsibilities: The Associate Director is responsible for the administration, awarding and disbursement of financial aid funding for all students, as well as the management of federal, state, and institutional aid programs in accordance with applicable regulations. The Associate Director is the primary coordinator of the continual implementation of the financial aid module and other related modules for the Anthology student information system. Responsible for oversight of the state financial aid programs.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, education or related field from an accredited college or university.
- At least three years of experience in post-secondary financial aid.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in business, finance, education or related field from an accredited college or university.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
- Required: Understanding of current federal rules and regulations; experience with computerized information systems.
- Useful: Experience administering aid at an institution with 3,000 students, community college experience.
- Knowledge of and proficiency with computer-based financial aid systems, student information systems, EdConnect, Common Origination & Disbursement (COD0, Central Processing System (CPS), Student Financial Aid (SFA) Partner Connect, and other U.S. Department of Education software.
- Experience with Microsoft products; especially with Excel.
