This is a full-time, on-site role for a Physical Therapist located in White House, TN. The Physical Therapist will assess, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs for patients, provide rehabilitation services, and monitor progress to achieve optimal recovery. Additional duties include collaborating with the healthcare team and educating patients and families about at-home care and exercises to improve recovery outcomes.
- In-depth knowledge and skills in Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation
- Strong expertise in Medicine and Patient Care
- Experience in providing Home Care services
- Effective communication, problem-solving abilities, and a collaborative approach to patient-centered care
- Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy or a related field
- Prior experience in a rehabilitation or acute care setting is a plus
