Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist for a full-time, on-site role at our Nashville, TN location. The Physical Therapist will assess, diagnose, and design personalized treatment plans for patients to address injuries, improve mobility, and enhance overall physical performance. Responsibilities include providing hands-on therapy, guiding patients through rehabilitation exercises, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest standard of care. Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Physical Therapy, Rehabilitation, and Medicine
- Proficiency in Patient Care and delivering exceptional customer service
- Experience in Home Care or related settings is an advantage
- Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Tennessee
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an empathetic approach to patient interaction
