We are seeking a visionary Director of Marketing to lead our multi-state marketing operations, strengthen our regional brand presence, and drive measurable business growth across the Southeast.
The Opportunity
This is a high-impact leadership role for a strategic marketing executive who thrives in a fast-paced, people-driven environment. The Director of Marketing will oversee all regional marketing functions, including Inside Marketing, Retail/Event Marketing, and Field Marketing teams while increasing Lead Generation by continuing the current avenues and sourcing other innovative processes.
This leader will be responsible for guiding marketing managers and team leaders across Georgia, Tennessee, Alabama, and the Carolinas — ensuring consistent performance, innovation, and alignment with our brand’s mission and growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic direction and leadership to regional marketing operations
- Lead, develop, and inspire a diverse team of marketing professionals across multiple states
- Design and execute innovative local and regional marketing campaigns
- Drive lead generation, brand visibility, and measurable ROI
- Integrate AI and digital marketing tools to optimize performance and outreach
- Collaborate closely with senior executives to align marketing initiatives with company growth goals
- Champion brand integrity, culture, and team performance across all locations
Qualifications
- Proven track record in marketing leadership or regional management, ideally within home improvement or a similar industry
- Strong strategic, analytical, and leadership skills
- Deep understanding of digital and AI-driven marketing tools and trends
- Exceptional communication and organizational abilities
- Willingness to travel and/or relocate as required
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Adaptability to any work setting (i.e. in office, on the road, outdoors, retail/event setting, etc.)
- Ability to walk or stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 lbs when required
