Used Car Salesman/Woman
We are hiring an experienced Used Car Salesman/Woman with at least 3 years of used car sales experience. We are looking for someone who is driven, confident, motivated, and hungry to make money in a fast-paced sales environment.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls and customer enquiries.
- Understand customer needs and budgets and recommend suitable vehicles.
- Present vehicle features, specifications, and benefits clearly.
- Negotiate pricing, overcome objections, and close sales.
- Arrange and conduct vehicle test drives.
- Complete sales and purchase documentation.
- Follow up with customers to generate repeat business and referrals.
- Take clear photos/videos of vehicles and share them with the Internet Team for online listings and marketing.
- Work with the Internet Team to convert online enquiries into sales.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
Requirements
- 3 years of used car sales experience.
- Valid driver's license.
- Strong knowledge of different makes and models.
- Excellent communication, listening, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Ability to explain vehicle features and technical information clearly.
- Good documentation and basic financial skills.
- Comfortable taking vehicle photos/videos using a smartphone.
- Self-motivated, competitive, and results-driven.
