Position Summary
- Responsible for supervision of Food and Nutrition Services.

Education
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Licenses and Certification
- Within 30 days of hire:
- Food Service Managers Certification
- Food Allergens Certification
Experience and Skills
- Technical Experience: 1 year healthcare food service experience
- Supervisory Experience: 1 year
Physical Activities
- Intermittent hand manipulation required
- Intermittent lifting and carrying of 50 pounds
- Required to stand for periods up to 4 hours
Role Specific Responsibilities
- Ensures the menus, production and services are done per policy to provide exceptional service to all customers.
- Ensures adequate stock of items needed for patient, retail and catering production.
- Leads staff by consistently adjusting staff duties and assignments to ensure work loads are fairly distributed and all staff are participating in the work that needs to be done.
- Maintains clean work area, follows all safety and sanitation guidelines
