Farm Guest Experience Advocate
We are a family-owned farm known for our delicious blueberries, strawberries, peaches, fresh vegetables and unforgettable farm treats like warm donuts, blueberry lemonade, and vibrant sunflower fields. We welcome guests from near and far to enjoy U-pick experiences, family outings, and a true taste of farm life.
We are looking for an outgoing, energetic and friendly Farm Guest Experience Advocate to help create memorable visits for our guests. In this role, you will be the face of our farm, guiding visitors through U-pick experiences, sharing knowledge about our crops and making sure every guest leaves with a smile (and maybe a box of fresh picked fruit and a donut in hand!).
Key Responsibilities:
· Greeting guests with a warm, welcoming attitude and set the tone for a fun farm visit
· Explain U-pick procedures, pricing, and best picking practices for fruits and vegetables
· Educate guests about our crops, growing methods, and seasonal highlights
· Assist visitors identify ripe produce and navigate the fields
· Share enthusiasm for our farm favorites such as donuts, blueberry lemonade and sunflower experiences
· Ensure guests follow farm guidelines to protect crops and maintain safety
· Answer questions and provide excellent, family friendly customer service
· Assist with general farm activities and guest flow during busy times
Qualifications:
· Friendly, outgoing personality with strong communication skills
· Passion for working outdoors and engaging with families and children
· Interest in agriculture, local food, or agritourism
· Ability to stay positive and energetic in a fast-paced environment
· Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
· Customer service experience
Physical Requirements:
· Ability to walk, stand and work outdoors for extended periods
· Able to lift to 25 – 40 lbs. as needed
Availability:
Thursday thru Sunday
