We’re passionate about providing high-quality behavioral health services and making a real difference in the lives of the individuals and families we serve! We are looking for a dedicated Grant Program Assistant Director to help oversee our grant programs, ensure compliance, and support staff in achieving program goals. In this role, you will assist the Grant Program Director by managing budgets, collecting required data, creating reports and updates, and ensuring all grant outcomes are accomplished. You’ll also train, supervise, and support staff, maintain PTO/incentive pay, ensure licensures are up to date, and help integrate grant-funded programs with other SHCMHC services to provide the best care for clients.
Job Requirements & Preferred Qualifications:
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Ability to lead and supervise staff through coaching, counseling, and discipline as needed.
Experience with budget compliance, data collection, analysis, and reporting.
Bachelor’s degree or Master's degree in a human services field preferred.
Minimum of three (3) years of experience in the human services field required.
