Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)


James A. Baker Community Psychiatric Supportive Treatment Center

Mercer County


The Licensed Practical Nurse provides direct assistance with daily dispensing and delivery of medications, assesses medication compliance, and assists with referrals to medical and community providers.

Must have a current West Virginia LPN license.

Behavioral Health Experience Preferred

  • 12-hour shifts

  • Every other weekend required

  • On-call rotation with paid compensation

  • Occasional night shift coverage as needed with shift differential compensation
